The R-Go Compact Break keyboard uses LED color signals to indicate when it's time to take a break. The light changes color while you're typing. If the light turns green, it means you're working healthily. Orange means it's time for a short break, and red means you've been working for too long. Taking short breaks during your workday can improve your concentration, prevent overuse injuries, and keep you fit during your workday.
