Return policy
It can of course always happen that even after purchasing and receiving a product you decide that this is not the right product for you. That's no problem: you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt of the product. You can exercise this right by contacting Ergo2Work BV within 14 working days of receipt by calling the number 0044-20-34323179, to be emailed to info@ergo2work.co.uk or fill in the return form . You must clearly state the order number.
Please note that you can only use the reflection period if the goods are complete, undamaged and unused. The right to cancel the order expires if this is not met. We would like to ask you to pack the product(s) in their original and undamaged packaging and to put them in a sturdy outer box (preferably the box in which the products were received), including any filling material. For a quick handling, we recommend using the return form.
The risk and costs for this return shipment are for your account. The amount paid (including shipping costs) will be credited and refunded within 14 days after termination of the agreement.
If you suspect that you have received the wrong product or if it appears to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible on. We will then inform you about the further course of events.
